Service / Payment Policy

Flawless Logistics LLC operates as a transportation and logistics provider. The following policies govern service engagements and payments.

1. Service Agreements

All services require written authorization, rate confirmation, or contract. No shipment movement will occur without proper documentation.

2. Pricing & Rates

Rates are determined per agreement and may vary based on freight type, distance, fuel costs, regulatory requirements, and accessorial charges.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Invoices are due within Net 30

  • Late payments may be subject to fees

  • We reserve the right to suspend services for delinquent accounts

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Accurate shipment details

  • Compliance with applicable laws/regulations

  • Proper packaging and documentation

5. Service Limitations

Transit times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, regulatory inspections, or force majeure events are outside Company control.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: 7/1/2020

Due to the nature of transportation and logistics services, refunds are governed by the following terms:

1. Completed Services

Once transportation services have been performed, charges are generally non-refundable.

2. Service Disputes

Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 1day of invoice receipt. We will review claims promptly and fairly.

3. Eligible Adjustments

Refunds or billing adjustments may be considered only in cases involving:

  • Verified billing errors

  • Duplicate charges

  • Documented service failures directly caused by Company negligence

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delays outside Company control

  • Customer-provided incorrect shipment details

  • Force majeure events

  • Regulatory or safety-related delays

5. Approval Process

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
